Location: Mumbai The role: This role involves working closely with the leadership team. It focuses on project management, research & analysis and operations. Responsibilities : - Align with the founder's goals, and help execute their critical projects & prioritize accordingly - Communicate with external and internal stakeholders on their behalf - Prioritize conflicting projects & requests and handle matters proactively - Assist with high-level ad hoc projects as required - Prepare reports, analyses and other documentation - Provide operational support for the Founder's initiatives Requirements: - 2 to 4 years of related experience in the F&B sector and/or consulting firm is mandatory - Action-oriented with a high degree of ownership - Excellent attention to detail and proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously - Strong verbal and written communication skills
