Our client is a leading multinational with HQ in Dubai, looking to hire the Chief of Staff based in Dubai.

- You'll play a critical role in providing strategic and operational support to the organization's executive leadership.

- You'll act as a key advisor to the CEO, facilitating communication and coordination across various departments and ensuring alignment with the overall business strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate closely with the CEO to execute strategic initiatives and drive organizational priorities.

- Oversee and manage key projects and initiatives, ensuring timely and successful execution.

- Facilitate communication and alignment across the leadership team and various departments.

- Conduct research and analysis to support decision-making processes.

- Lead and manage special projects and cross-functional teams as assigned by the CEO.

- Develop and implement processes to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness.
