Job role - Program Manager/Executive Assistant

Job Summary:
We are seeking to hire a professional who coordinates projects across the organization. Incumbent needs to ensure department goals are achieved while maintaining a high level of detail for each project they oversee.
Role Responsibilities:
- To Work closely with the Managing Director in conducting departmental discussions
- Helping department heads in devising strategies, while keeping department goals measurable
- Formulate, organize, and monitor inter-connected projects
- Help to decide on suitable strategies and objectives
- Coordinate cross-department activities
- Lead and evaluate projects' ROI
- Develop and control deadlines, budgets, and activities
- Apply change, risk, and resource management
- Assess program/department performance and aim to maximize ROI
- Resolve higher scope issues
- Prepare reports and presentations for MD
Requirements and skills:
- Proven work experience in a Program Manager/ Consulting role
- Strong teamwork skills
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment under tight deadlines
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Word & Excel & PowerPoint
