About this Role:

- The Chief of Staff will be working closely with the founders and the founding team to drive the company strategies and align the organisation to the company goals/objectives.

- We are looking for a high-ownership, problem-solving individual who will be directly responsible for working across different functions and solving the most important problems sustainably.

- Someone who is passionate about people, process, product with an opinion on what to prioritise based on the need of the hour.

- You will work on aligning the business needs and talent, design the resource planning, ensuring that the teams are optimally staffed, increase their efficiency and have the right resources for the jobs required.

Responsibilities :

- Work with the founders on building the practices that are aligned to the culture

- Possess high empathy for Users and the problems they face

- Draft the vision, mission statement and objectives.

- Ensure the teams are aligned with company wide objectives, able to draft team & individual metrics and reporting.

- Co-ordinate with the Legal, Finance, HR and other teams

- Work alongside with founders to design and execute special projects on growth, product, community, and operations to solve the bottleneck

- Create new business relationships and serve as the primary point of contact for existing partners. Supervise and manage enterprise relations.

- Understanding business requirements, market challenges, identifying risks, and designing strategies to overcome them

- Study the market landscape and identify adjacent opportunities and design lean experiments to test them

- Prior experience of building an organization is a must (either a founder or an experienced operator or core member)

- Must have worked in a fast paced growing technology startup

- Ability to share and seek feedback across functions

- Well versant with people/talent challenges and ability to manage the same in an early stage startup
