Chief of Staff, The Better India - From day one, the chief of staff will have an immediate impact on our productivity, streamlining strategic initiatives, overseeing investor and stakeholder management, and communicating objectives between departments. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in working with young and growing startups, with a special focus on strategy, growth and interdepartmental collaboration. As a Chief of Staff, you will be involved in: Corporate Strategy - Core part of the Corporate Strategy team with the CXOs - Identify and discover business opportunities and challenges for the org - Implement solutions in coordination with various different businesses Project Management - Project Coordination - Co-ordinate with the various departments on the projects initiated from the CEO's office - Project Lead Management - Lead projects initiated from the CEO's office and draw a project plan along with respective milestones, responsibilities, dependencies and timelines Governance and Board Support - Identify and track the progress and trends on organisational goals and department-wise goals - Coordinate and report the progress of critical projects / key initiatives - Preparing board presentation highlighting business strategy, achievements, challenges, way forward Analytics & Presentations : - Aid in creating various presentations to external and internal stakeholders - Analyse and review the reports from various departments and draw observations, insights, key area of concerns / improvements - Provide support on business planning Our ideal colleague will be : - Someone with 3+ years of experience in a fast growing startup, working closely with the C Suite - Someone who is currently in an EA to CEO / Chief of Staff position - Post Graduate/MBA from a B-School or someone with entrepreneurial experience - Possessing outstanding skills in data analysis and presentations (basically Excel and PPT!) - High on discretion and trustworthiness as you will often be dealing with confidential information - Having excellent verbal and written communication skills - Strong in time management to efficiently manage competing priorities - Having a proactive mindset, capable of working without supervision - A firm believer in a data driven approach to decision making and solving business problems
