Responsibilities: - As a strategic advisor to the Founder and senior management, to assist in prioritization, strategic time allocation, and regular progress evaluation. - This involves maintaining the organizational focus on strategic initiatives, ensuring they aren't overshadowed by daily urgencies, and managing the Founder's time effectively to prioritize these areas. - Key Result Areas are implemented to promote alignment, focus, agility, and a structured business approach toward achieving our strategic goals. - Also identify risks related to the Founder's objectives, highlighting them for collaborative mitigation planning and aiding in their execution. - Acting as an Accountability partner, to ensure the Founder meets all commitments promptly. - Additionally, To engage as a pivotal thought partner, participating in brainstorming sessions and problem-solving endeavors. - Alongside this, to supervise various long-term, interdepartmental projects and represent the Founder in meetings using diverse communication channels, interacting with both internal and external stakeholders.
