Chief of Staff - Consulting Firm

Scrabble is mandated to hire a Chief of Staff for a leading PE fund. The opportunity is going to be based out of Mumbai

Requirements:

- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

- Demonstrated capability to design and implement business growth strategies alongside founders.

- Anticipate needs and provide creative solutions as the go-to problem solver for the founders.

- Leverage experience from top-tier consulting firms to drive strategic initiatives and decision-making.

- Facilitate communication and coordination between internal teams and external stakeholders.

Qualifications:

- 3-5 years of experience with an MBA/PGDM.

- Previous or current experience in roles such as Strategy, Chief of Staff, Founder's Office, or CEO's Office.

- Experience working in the top consulting firms of the world.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a dynamic startup environment.
