Chief Of Staff/Chief Technology Officer - eCommerce

Role : Chief of Staff. to CTO

The Chief of Staff. to CTO position requires an individual with the right mix of relevant experience and skills, an ability to flex between dynamic situations, outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with an exuberant level of energy and flexibility to get things done and thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

We're looking for someone who:

1) Can drive effective teamwork, communication, collaboration and commitment across multiple disparate groups with competing priorities.

2) Has the zeal explore new domains, and especially to understand technology in great dept

3) Experienced in solving a diverse array of problems, including complex projects.

4) Excited about contributing to org-level projects like building out and organizing onboarding programs.

6) Monitors progress while managing multiple parallel projects, anticipating bottlenecks and providing escalation management to ensure that everything from meta to micro stays on track.

7) Is able to understand, plan, and manage the cross-team interdependencies for complex systems
