They have nearly 300 employees in India, Beijing, Singapore and Korea. Position: Chief of Staff This position works directly with the CEO, in the office of the CEO, and is based in Mumbai. Roles and Responsibilities: Strategic Initiatives : - Oversee strategic business initiatives from development through successful execution under the guidance of senior leadership & departmental heads. Program Management: - Assist & communicate with executives in decision-making, program management & initiative implementation. Operations: - Improve current processes & coordinate organizational procedures for optimized efficiency & productivity. Issues Management: - Research, prioritizes, and follows up on incoming issues and concerns addressed to the CEO, including those of a sensitive or confidential nature. Determines appropriate course of action. Business Analysis: - Review, analyze and evaluate business needs. Document requirements, define scope and objectives for business strategies. Stakeholder Management: - As a liaison of the Office of the CEO, the individual communicates with internal and external departments, demonstrating ownership and engagement with leadership. Assist the HR department with new hires, including documentation & onboarding, collaborate to address & resolve all employee concerns.
