Chief of Staff - CEO's Office - Startup

We are looking to add a strong problem solver as a Chief of Staff to one our portfolio.

Exp: 5 -10 Years

About the role:

As part of the CEO's office, you'd get to experience start-up journey from a strategic perspective. You would work closely with the founders, take on a variety of projects related to our growth and strategy, and tackle some of the problems across the company - problems that, if not addressed, could majorly snowball as we grew in size.

Responsibilities:

- Own strategic initiatives related to growth and business operations

- Drive market research activities

- Design and operate strategic communications and collaboration within the organisation

- Define KPI's, Metrics to measure operational efficiency and drive decision making

- Manage implementation of new processes and systems required for scaling the business

Requirements:

- 2+ years in Startups, fintech experience preferred or 2 - 3 years of experience in a consulting eco system

- Aptitude - Really good with numbers and logic

- Attitude - You are result driven and you put price on your time

- Add-ons - Understanding of the product or industry, prior experience in a similar role
