Chief Of Staff - CEO Office
Responsibilities:
- Spearhead the expansion of the CEO's departmental eco-system, assuming a leadership role.
- Facilitate the leadership in defining and refining the company's long-term business plans.
- Lead in-depth analysis on industry trends, market conditions, client updates, and competitive landscape to identify emerging trends, unmet needs, and potential opportunities.
- Collaborate with the senior leaders to gather data, conduct research, and analyze market trends to support the development of the Annual Operating Plan (AOP). Cascade the AOP to the respective stake holders and facilitate coordination among cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with the same.
- Spearhead the identification, prioritization, planning and implementation of special projects.
- Oversee governance, ensuring their cadence, proactively debottleneck issues and share critical updates with MD & CEO.
- Provide support to MD & CEO for interactions with internal stakeholders (reportees, Chairman, board etc.)
- Lead the external communication portfolio for the MD & CEO by identifying the right external forums (conferences, media interactions, etc.) for him to participate in and prepare him for the interactions (pre-wiring, content creation etc.)
- Represent the CEO in various capacities in meetings.
- Lead and mentor a high-performing team, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and innovation.
