Objectives of this role:
- Collaborate with Co-Founder in setting and driving Brand purpose and strategy.
- Translate strategy into actionable steps for growth, implementing organization-wide goal KRA, performance management, and annual planning.
- Oversee company and employee productivity, building a highly inclusive culture that ensures team members can thrive and that organizational goals are met.
- Ensure compliance with national and local business regulations and take appropriate action when necessary.
- Own the Firm's agenda - ensuring maximum impact in both internal and external engagements.
- Partner with respect I RS functions for board meeting, Revenue MIS, External engagements and fund raise preparations and manage the investor relations.
- Drive the Wealth Leadership team towards clear, efficient, and accountable decision-making.
- Be a thought partner to leadership on the organisation's priorities, and challenges.
- Help drive data-driven presentations for the wealth Leadership team in both internal and external engagements.
- Drive cross-functional Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) at the Leadership level with exceptional project management and ownership.
- Drive strategic initiatives and/or discrete projects on behalf of our CEO and the executive team.
Required skills, Work Ethos:
- Understanding of advanced business planning and Wealth mgmt.. best practises.
- Solid grasp of data analysis and performance metrics.
