Hiring for Chief of staff for leading B2b startup, it a multi-VC funded firm.

Location - Bangalore

WFH / 6 Days ( Soon to be 5 Days working)

The ideal candidate should have abilities in business acumen, fintech / finance ,strategy formulation, finance, data analysis, project management & team working. As a strategist, consultant and implementer, the successful candidate will ensure streamlined activities within the organization in a consultative manner. The Chief of Staff will handle the day-to-day management of personnel to allow the founder's to focus on growing the business and will contribute to the long-term success of the company.

Key Responsibilities:-

- Support the founders in setting the overall strategy of the company and in day-to-day operations.

- Hiring and organization building is a critical function for the Founder's office.

- An ideal COS should be like a talent magnet.

- You should be able to attract and communicate the vision to top percentile candidates who we are looking to bring in to manage a number of critical initiatives.

- Help with the organization's growth in a predictable manner.

- This would mean that an ideal COS should be able to define the OKRs and key result metrics across functions and departments.

- After setting these metrics in discussions with the department heads.

- You will be setting up the right processes and tracking mechanisms to understand if the organization is on the right track against the goals.

- Own the MIS of the company.

- Figure out the key operating metrics, and continuously work towards improving company operating cadence (e.g. Executive meetings, Quarterly OKRs reviews, Board meetings)

- Support the productivity of leadership meetings by owning the planning, agenda, and notes.

- Coordinate with Cross-Functional teams to ensure projects are delivered on time with high NPS.

Key Skills:-

1) An IIT grad who has worked in NBFC / Lending/Microfinance startups

2) Exp of 7-10 years working in a COS , Strategy/ Program Management/ EIR role.

3) Excellent oral and written communication skills
