Job Description

FutureFactor360 is hiring on behalf of a GCC of a large automotive company based in NCR for the role of "Chief of Staff"

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Chief of Staff to provide strategic and operational support to the Managing Director of a GCC of a large automotive company based in NCR. The ideal candidate should be a highly organized, detail-oriented individual with exceptional communication and leadership skills. The Chief of Staff will play a crucial role in driving the company's strategic initiatives, managing day-to-day operations, and fostering collaboration across departments.

Objectives of this role

- Oversee strategic business initiatives, from development through successful execution, under the guidance of senior leadership

- Assist and communicate with executives in decision-making, program management, and initiative implementation

- Review, design, and execute improvements to organizational structure; find knowledge and skills gaps and help address them

- Improve current processes and optimize organizational procedures for efficiency and productivity


- Strategic Planning: Collaborate with the Managing Director to develop and execute strategic plans that align with the company's goals and objectives.

- Liaison: Acts as the liaison between the MD and other executives, clients, and stakeholders to ensure consistent communication and ensuring involvement or decision-making at the proper time

- Communication: Gate-keeping and monitor the flow of multi-platform communications to and from the Office of the MD. Draft letters, emails, reports, and other correspondence on behalf of the Managing Director.

- Operational Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Managing Director's office, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in all activities.

- Project Management: Lead and manage key projects and initiatives on behalf of the Managing Director, including coordinating cross-functional teams and monitoring progress towards goals.

- Decision Support: Provide analytical and decision support to the Managing Director, including conducting research, analyzing data, and preparing recommendations on various business issues.

- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, fostering collaboration and driving alignment towards common goals.

- Manage MD's Priorities: Prioritize and manage the Managing Director's tasks and commitments, ensuring timely execution and follow-up.

- Program Management: Lead the management of various programs and initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and driving successful outcomes.

- Policy Development: Develop and implement policies and procedures to streamline operations and enhance organizational efficiency.

- Work Integrator: Integrate efforts across departments and teams to ensure alignment with organizational goals and objectives.

- Determine key performance indicators and how to measure team performance: Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess team performance and drive continuous improvement.

Required skills and qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, or related field. MBA from a top business school in India (Tier 1 or 2)

- Strong strategic planning and project management skills, with the ability to drive initiatives from conception to implementation.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively at all levels of the organization.

- Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze complex issues, identify trends, and develop data-driven recommendations.

- Strong leadership and team management skills, with a track record of building and developing high-performing teams.

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

- High level of integrity, professionalism, and discretion, with the ability to handle confidential information with sensitivity.
