Chief of Staff - Aerospace Sector - IIT/NIT/IIM/XLRI/FMS/MDI

Great opportunity for female candidates with a strong engineering background to join the Chief of Staff office of a leading leading global MNC in the aerospace sector: Supporting the India management team on both internal and client related activities. These include but are not limited to:

Strategy and Process Management :

- Project Management of all MIS activities including running meetings and support for various data points, meetings and discussions, in particular for the aircraft business

- Ensuring the CEO's office is receiving accurate and relevant management information and analysis

- Supporting strategic projects

- Helping to prepare briefing notes for client meetings and strategic internal meetings

- Monitoring and coordinating follow ups related to client and internal meetings.

- Representing the company in various industry forums

Requirements :

- Engineers and MBA degree is mandatory (from a top 10 Engineering / MBA college will be a plus).

- Industry experience in aerospace. transportation, automotive, logistics or related sectors will be a plus

- 3-10 years- experience

- Strong analytical and spreadsheet skills

- Proven track record of effectively interacting with senior management

- Ability to work strategically and collaboratively

- Excellent PowerPoint skills

- Effective communicator - both written and spoken

- Drive and passion for the job
