Job Description: Chief Of Staff

- Drive Administration all areas of business and operations encompassing Finance, IT, HR, Procurement, Trade Compliance, Legal, Logistics, Facilities and Security for Pan India.

- Strategy formulation and implementation through process and discipline to achieve business objectives.

- Streamline general administrative activities, personnel management, developing corporate policy and implementation.

- Proactively provide solutions to administrative challenges of all departments.

- Introduce disruptive processes and best practices in administration.

- Drive Culture building, collaborative environment and change management.

Candidate must have Army Background & Should be aware of Kannada.
