Chief of Staff

- Design the India Business Strategy and oversee its Implementation

- The incumbent will be responsible to evolve the strategy for one segment of India Operations of Magic Billion (MB) - P&L, Sales, Training, and Operation.

- Ensure Success of Supply Side Processes of all Magic Billion (MB) international accounts:

- The incumbent will work with the Teams to ensure that all accounts are being sourced in the agreed TATs and costs. S/he will bring in dynamic thinking and low-cost technology integration into the sales processes, as well as structure the team for success.

- The incumbent will explore non commercial partnerships like State Governments, Public Private Institutions like Universities, as well as bring in CSR funding into the Company, for its Social Impact Practice. S/he will have oversight to all partners of MB, and have oversight on their integrity and delivery.

- Drive Smooth Delivery of Operations to Optimum Success

- Optimize the Operations Value Chain

- Tech integration and process optimization:

The incumbent will operate as a SWOT team to identify and solve any process related challenges and bed down new processes where needed.
