Chief Of Staff

- Perform business analysis, recommend competitive strategies, identify new areas of opportunities and re engineering a wide variety of internal processes

- Lead projects of strategic importance like organisation restructuring, cost optimisation, new business areas, etc.

- Understand growth targets of the company and hence work on various programs / schedules / events to meet these goals. Also monitor / track report progress on these programs

- First touch point to the President's office: Anticipating needs, dealing with the unexpected, acting as liaison between Executive and staff or the outside world; independently handle the President's office and make decisions on various business activities

- Complement the President in researching out and vetting / validating ideas / hypothesis

- Understand growth targets of the company and hence work on various programs / schedules / events to meet these goals. Also monitor / track report progress on these programs

- 4-8 years of experience in management consulting (at consulting firms / large multinational corporates) with experience in Growth Strategy / Corporate/ Business Unit strategy

- Ability to put together strategic research based presentations to support the President on client meetings, Management Committee meetings etc.

- A prior aviation experience would be a plus

- MBA from Tier 1/ Tier 2 B-schools
