Chief of Operations Excellence & Transformation - BPO

a. Experience in service delivery

b. 10 yrs of experience in domestic BPO

c. Should have handled multiple clients across Banking, BFSI, E-commerce, Govt.

d. Should have handled delivery Pan India/Multiple languages

e. Last span should be a minimum of 2000 people

f. Primarily Operations support in which you will be expected to understand the client

g. Expectations and support Operations team.

h. Direct reporting of TnQ and WFM.

i. Also should have experience of transformation functions and operations excellence
