- This position is a leadership position in HR handling the entire gamut of Learning & Development function which aims at aligning offerings of Corporate Learning & Development to address current and emerging business challenges.
- Working with business leaders to understand their business goals and challenges, designing learning need specific customized interventions which help build and enhance people capabilities within their teams.
- Responsible for managing the Learning and Development budget of the organization
- Support the High Performer management and succession planning initiatives of the organization through high impact learning interventions
- Responsible for creating coaching and mentoring culture in the organization.
- Maintain advisory / consultative relationships with people in subject-matter expert and senior leadership roles and seek inputs on various learning initiatives in the organization.
