- Responsible for production activities.

- Checking the product quality and extraction at regular intervals.

- Operation of the plant as per the given schedule with minimum downtime.Smooth and safe operation of mill in shifts.

- Manpower handling.

- Maintenance of plant hygiene and cleanliness.

- Planning and implementing maintenance schedule of Plan shifters Purifiers, Fluting scheme with Roll changing, Filters and other milling machines.

- Implementing Flour Silos management including hygiene, fumigation etc
