Will be required to work from Udaipur Corporate Office ( No hyrbrid work)

We are looking for a Chief Marketing and Sales Officer for our BPM client based at Udaipur.

Job Details :

Location : Udaipur

Reports to : Director

Nature of Role : Team Management

Work Timings : Rotational Shift , 5 Days

CTC : Industry Standards

Experience : Minimum of 15+ years of experience in marketing and sales roles, with a focus on the outsourcing domain.

Education : Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.

Overview:

- As the Chief Marketing and Sales Officer (CMSO), you will play a pivotal role in driving the marketing and sales initiatives of our organization, particularly within the outsourcing domain.

- We are seeking a seasoned professional with a minimum of 15+ years of experience who possesses expertise in selling services in the international market, with a focus on the US and UK regions.

- The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of how to market and sell cutting-edge technologies, including AI and ML solutions. This position necessitates moving to Udaipur and being prepared to work flexible hours, mainly during the US shift. Additionally, the CMSO should be open to frequent travel to engage with clients and prospects.

Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning:

- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing and sales strategies tailored to the outsourcing domain and international markets, with a focus on the US and UK.

- Utilize market insights and trends to identify opportunities for business growth and expansion.

- Collaborate with executive leadership to align marketing and sales efforts with organizational objectives.

Brand Management:

- Lead efforts to strengthen the company's brand presence in the outsourcing industry, ensuring alignment with international market expectations.

- Oversee the development of compelling brand messaging and positioning that highlights the company's expertise in AI, ML, and other advanced technologies.

- Ensure consistency in branding across all marketing collateral and communication channels.

Sales Leadership:

- Direct the sales team in developing and implementing effective strategies to drive revenue generation and achieve sales targets.

- Provide guidance and support to sales representatives, equipping them with the tools and resources needed to succeed in international markets.

- Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track sales performance and identify areas for improvement

Marketing Management:

- Drive marketing initiatives to promote the company's services and solutions in the outsourcing sector, with a focus on showcasing technological capabilities.

- Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging content, campaigns, and events targeted at international clients and prospects.

- Utilize digital marketing channels and platforms to maximize reach and visibility in the US and UK markets.

Client Relationship Management:

- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders, serving as a trusted advisor on outsourcing solutions and technological advancements.

- Lead efforts to expand the company's client base by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in target markets.

- Act as a primary point of contact for international clients, addressing their needs and concerns to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention.

Market Research and Innovation:

- Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive dynamics, and emerging technologies in the outsourcing sector, particularly related to AI, ML, and other advanced solutions.

- Conduct market research and analysis to identify market gaps, customer needs, and competitive advantages.

- Drive innovation in marketing and sales strategies, leveraging technological advancements to gain a competitive edge in the international market.

Desired Skills:

- Proven track record of success in selling services in international markets, particularly in the US and UK.

- Demonstrated expertise in marketing and selling AI, ML, or other advanced technologies.

- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve goals.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- Willingness to relocate to Udaipur and work flexible shift timings.

- Ability to travel frequently as needed to engage with clients and prospects.

- Team size is around 30-35 members, including 2-3 direct reportee
