We have an exciting opportunity with a Video Streaming Product company for the role of Chief Marketing Officer.

- Our client is a subscription based video-on-demand foray into digital entertainment across connected devices to capitalize on the high-potential digital space in India.

- The library will hold original content created exclusively for the platform.

- Company has invested in cutting-edge technology, to ensure a high-quality consumption experience for global and domestic audiences. The platform will be supported by - predictive data- that draws on analytics driven insights for accurate content development, viewer monitoring and better customer segmentation.

- The venture is reflective of an existing firm which intends to extend its entertainment expertise to creating enjoyable, engaging content for digital audiences globally and monetize the incredible potential of original, premium, on-demand entertainment.

Qualification : Post Graduate from premier B-schools

Reports to : CEO

Responsibilities :

- Define communication strategies to support and build the brand

- Plan and organize the marketing function (product development, branding and communications), to ensure the company's unique - voice- is projected

- Analyze how the brand is positioned in the market and crystallise targeted consumers insights

- Take brand ownership and provide the vision, mission, goals and strategies to match up to the market trends

- Ideate, design and give direction to promotional campaigns, PR and all marketing efforts across channels (digital, television, press etc.)

- Build a highly efficient team of marketing and communication professionals

- Create a solid network of strategic partnerships

- Increase revenue generation by ensuring that the communication strategy not only establishes inquisitiveness about the brand but also subscriptions

- A person who understands a Start-up ecosystem & the entire environment/ challenges at ground level

Experience

- A leader with both creative and analytical capabilities

- Outstanding communication (written and verbal), warm personality and interpersonal abilities

- Management degree from premier institutes

- 10-12+ years of marketing experience with exposure to the digital space

- Ability to apply marketing techniques over digital (e.g. social media) and non-digital
