Position : Chief Marketing Officer (Taxi for Hire)

Location : Dar-Es-Salaam

Summary :

We are seeking a sharp, personable, highly-organized Chief Marketing Officer to support the marketing of Taxi for Hire.

Responsible for overseeing marketing initiatives within an organization; works to develop areas such as sales management, product development, distribution channel management, marketing communications, including advertising and promotions, pricing, market research and customer service.

Candidate Profile :

- 8 - 10 years of experience

- Must have worked with Ola, Uber and Taxi for Sure or any other online cab services company

- MBA (Management or marketing)

- Strong leadership qualities, developing an organization-wide strategy for program excellence, engaging community partners etc.

- Ability to travel 50% of the time to provide on-site leadership
