Chief Marketing Officer - IT/Technology/Fintech/Financial Services Technology/FMCG

The Chief Marketing Officer will design, implement, and monitor effective marketing strategies that align with organization's business goals.

She will strive to ensure that the activities of the marketing department directly contribute to the company's revenue growth and long-term success.

She will oversee the company's marketing and brand strategy (including differentiation and positioning), design and execution of marketing campaigns, corporate communication, digital marketing, events, and analyst and expert relationships.

The CMO will be responsible for driving accelerated revenue growth and building a strong brand aligned with priorities of the business, focusing on scaling existing clients' portfolios, winning large transformation deals, and leveraging strategic partnerships. Focus areas also include:

- Building business unit, product and geo specific marketing plans, devising customized marketing campaigns to scale local strategic clients.

- Designing opportunity-centric activities to win large transformation deals and creating joint marketing programs to leverage hyper scale's.

- Work closely with senior business leaders, sales leaders, and a team of marketing experts to drive thought leadership, win deals, improve pipeline, sales, and revenue outcomes through digital marketing programs and tactics tailored to customer's needs.

Qualifications & Experience :

Should be MBA with 15 to 20 years of marketing experience from IT/Technology/Fintech/Financial Services Technology/FMCG.
