We are hiring for Chief Marketing Officer with leading Internet StartUp based in Gurgaon. Please find below mentioned job description:

Position: Chief Marketing Officer

Reporting to: Founder

Location: Delhi NCR

Job Description:

- Would be responsible to demonstrate and drive effective marketing strategies in alignment with current business strategies.

- Plan, develop & execute the company marketing strategy and programs (internal/external branding, lead generation, advertising/sponsorships, events, digital marketing) in order to support the company's business.

- Focused on acquiring and retaining new customers through the management of all online and offline marketing programs including, PPC, SEO/SEM, digital advertising, webinars, content syndication, email, social, lead nurturing, channel marketing and analytics.

- Provide short-term & long-term market forecasts, reports.

- Responsible to work on core strengths, product details and primary market insight, thereby enhancing brand architecture

- To be able to lead the team effectively while creating an inspiring environment for better output.

- To be able to lead campaigns thereby delivering specific messages to the target audiences.

- Create and manage annual budgets in coordination with head of finance and concerned officials

- Will be the main brand custodian, help redefine and re-frame the role of marketing in the company, and transform the marketing function and marketing ROI across with a specific focus on Digital execution to key target audiences.
