Candidate Requirement
- At least 7 years of Post MBA Marketing experience specially in the Internet domain
- Start Up experience will be preferred
- Ability to Manage teams
- Think Out of the Box and spot marketing and branding Opportunities
- Proven Success in creating and Implementing High Impact Online and Offline Marketing Programs
- Should be comfortable in a Fluid, Fast moving Start-up
- Must have marketing experience in International Markets
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead and execute all Marketing Activites
- Digital Marketing, including Social Media and Analytics - To invest in the right mobile and web mediums to drive long tern inorganic growth
- Provide Inputs for Product- Market Fit to the product team by analyzing User behavior and user-feedback
- Build Online and Offline strategic product and brand partnerships
- Help Create Pre-and Post launch marketing plans for new International markets
- Plan and continuously optimize the market budget for maximum returns
- Drive User Engagement - internally (with product team) and externally (community management initiatives)
- Plan and Manage Media buying across Outdoor / ambient, Television and Print
- Manage PR and Communications team to build the brand's presence across all domestic and International markets
