Chief Marketing Officer Reporting - Chief Business Officer (CBO) Location - Mumbai One of the largest housing financing companies in India is keen to hire a CMO who would embark their Digital Marketing transformation journey along with brand enhancement Role : Chief Marketing Officer will be responsible for creating innovative marketing strategies that will enhance the brand, leading to increased awareness and reach among target audience. Development &amp; execution of holistic marketing plan that can be measured in terms of its contribution to revenue and brand building. Job Rsponsibilities : Brand Building : - Continue to develop and strengthen our unique and compelling voice to build brand awareness, reputation and esteem among target audiences. - Lead the creation/production of design, content and campaigns that enhances the brand - Work closely with business leaders and other key stakeholders to ensure brand standards are maintained across all channels - Be the Brand Champion - ensure all segment and product campaigns have a business focus vis-a-vis full year strategic priorities and live up to the Brand Promise - Ensure that the brand positioning is consistent in every marketing tactic and our story is communicated with creativity and impact across all channels Planning &amp; Business Strategy : - Run the annual marketing planning exercise in conjunction with the business. Leverage consumer insights and research to provide thought leadership to Management Team in formulation of integrated marketing plans - Pioneer and implement measurable strategies that will drive revenue goals and increase awareness of the brand Digital Marketing : - Formulate strategies on adapting usage of digital marketing to enhance the reach of our products - Lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution to launch campaigns on time within budget - Identify opportunities of cross-selling and up-selling of various products through digital channels backed by analytical insights - Evaluate emerging digital marketing and analytical tools to identify gaps and bridge them with innovative solutions Social Media : - Lead to create a best in class social media presence that empowers stakeholders to spread the brand virally - Drive SEO, SEM, ORM, Social Media marketing and develop innovative campaigns that increase quality fans and followers The Candidate : - Having at least 15+ years of progressive leadership experience in marketing ; last 3 years should have been in a leadership position - Must have hands on experience of Branding, Advertising, Marketing and Communication preferably from Consumer Tech and FMCG background - Ability to work as a transformational leader with collaborative style that engages people at all levels and promotes positive relationships - Ability to present a future vision to the board - Proven track record in leading innovation and transformation - Knowledge on latest Digital Marketing technology tools and hands-on experience to run, analyze Social Media marketing
