Chief Marketing Officer - Healthcare

Responsibilities:

- Lead the marketing function and the Brand for the company. Lead all marketing strategies, marketing revenues, brand programs and implementation and marketing budgets for the In-clinic and Product global businesses

- Plan, execute, and oversee marketing campaigns, including advertising, digital marketing, social media, email marketing, and other promotional activities.

- Create and implement brand strategies and communication to support the brand and support the business

- Oversee the Digital Marketing function and ensure Revenues from Digital Marketing strategies while ensuring budgets and efficiencies like CTL, CPL etc. This will include website management, SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, and online advertising campaigns.

- Provide Strategic & directional guidance to Digital Marketing Head.

- Collaborate with senior management to develop and refine marketing strategies aligned with the company's overall business goals.

- Conduct market research to identify consumer trends, competitive landscapes, and customer preferences to inform marketing strategies.

- Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness and efficient allocation of resources.

- Enhance and maintain the company's brand image and market positioning through consistent messaging and creative branding initiatives, and maintain a strong brand identity, ensuring consistency across all marketing and communication channels.

- Develop and lead the company's marketing strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives, market dynamics, and industry trends.

- Manage and allocate marketing budgets effectively, ensuring cost-efficient use of resources.

- Build and manage a high-performing marketing team, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance evaluations.

- Ensure that all marketing activities adhere to legal and ethical standards and regulatory requirements.
