Title: Chief Marketing Officer
One of India's largest & popular speciality-foods restaurant chain, is looking for its CMO. This is an opportunity for a marketer who has a keen interest in following culinary trends and has worked in a fast-paced service-led environment.
What to Expect?
- The incumbent should have a strong marketing background, especially digital & hyperlocal/BTL marketing within the HORECA (Hotels/Restaurants/Caf) OR QSR industry preferably.
- In their previous stint, they should have demonstrated mapping customer journeys, innovating interventions to increase customer acquisition (trials) and retention (repeats).
- The marketing function includes various components such strategic brand building, awareness campaigns in newer locations, extensive below-the-line (BTL) initiatives, hyper local online marketing (organic and paid), mobile marketing, SEO, SEM, affiliate marketing all including overall P&L management.
- The candidate should be the internal voice of the customer and could make data-driven decisions regarding opening new restaurants, selecting locations & proposing culinary twists basis the taste preferences of people in the regions.
- A demonstrated history in CRM function to nurture customer relationships and drive repeat visits. This includes loyalty programs, customer feedback management, customer segmentation, and personalized marketing campaigns.
Who You Are?
- 12-14 years Marketing experience in service industry; HORECA/ QSR experience preferred. Of this, Digital Marketing experience of min 5-6 years
- Practical experience in conducting hyperlocal initiatives (offline and online)
- Is open to travelling Pan India to understand markets & consumers
Location: Hyderabad (relocation is mandatory)
