CMO: Job Description

Who we are looking for:

We are looking for a self-motivated, outgoing person who is passionate about marketing to help us build our brand awareness and drive user adoption. You will work across all levels and departments of our organisation to find what makes us unique and communicate it to the world.

You must have:

- Exceptional understanding of marketing funnel optimization, lead generation, and conversion tactics which should lead to walk-in's in the clinic

- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights

- Demonstrated success in planning and executing 360-degree marketing campaigns across multiple channels

- Exceptional communication, collaboration, and presentation skills

What will you do?

You will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including but not limited to:

- Lead the development and execution of comprehensive 360-degree marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, events, and traditional media

- Ensure campaign consistency, messaging, and seamless integration to maximize brand impact

- Develop, allocate, and manage marketing budgets to optimize resource allocation and drive measurable ROI

- Monitor expenses, track performance against budget, and make data-driven adjustments as needed

- Implement strategies to generate high-quality leads and drive conversions throughout the sales funnel

- Collaborate with sales teams to optimize lead nurturing processes and enhance sales enablement materials

- Utilize data analytics to measure and analyse campaign performance, providing actionable insights for continuous improvement

- Make informed decisions based on data-driven recommendations to optimize campaigns and resource allocation

- Lead and mentor a high-performing marketing team, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and professional growth

- Set clear goals, provide guidance, and monitor progress to ensure team success

- Establish and nurture strategic partnerships to enhance brand visibility, expand reach, and drive joint marketing initiatives

- Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to inform marketing strategies

- Conduct market research to identify customer needs, preferences, competitors and devise innovative growth branding strategies

Qualification & requirements:

- 8+ years of core marketing experience across FMCG / D2C space

- Exposure across digital & brand marketing

- PG/MBA is preferred

- In-depth knowledge of brand, digital, growth and an understanding of consumer behaviour

- Excellent communication skills - Written & verbal

- A creative mind geared towards problem solving

- Up-to-date with latest trends and marketing best practices

- Strong creative vision with an understanding of business objectives
