As a CMO you should be from a hardcore FMCG company, currently in the Marketing Director or in the Leadership Position with not less than 14-22 years exp in the FMCG industry
Please NOTE THAT only those With HardCore FMCG Exp will be Shortlisted. those from Consumer Durable/Liquor Industry /eCommerce/Telecom will not be Suitable for this position.
Age Not More Than 51 Yrs.

Strong experience in FMCG industry Must Have Talents :
- Experience developing high level marketing and brand strategy in line with the strategic vision of the organization.
- A visionary with a deep understanding of traditional and innovative marketing strategies and a proven track record of creating campaigns and initiatives that will drive and increase fundraising revenue.
- An executive who understands the importance of aligning the organization internally around the brand and marketing objectives. A marketing leader with the vision to seek out new promotional avenues to program objectives.
- Other Roles are, marketing objectives, marketing strategies, brand strategy, branding building.
- CMO regularly interceded in pricing and at times even chose to optimize it within a specific region in order to maintain critical price relationships among the various channels, brands, and regions.
Last but not the least - you current CTC must not less than Rs.1.20 crores PA.
