Job Detail :

- Responsible for managing marketing function for current brands in terms profitable growth, innovation, NPD, brand communication and activation in all operating countries jointly with the business management teams within the agreed budgets (functional responsibility with this position, business responsibility with current CEO)

- Work out detailed market understanding of target countries for FMCG categories of interest, in terms of economic conditions, consumer demographics/psychographics, competitive landscape, regulatory environment etc

- Work out business plans for organic growth in selected countries,plan and run test markets and decide on rollout plans.

- Build marketing teams with right competencies in respective countries in tandem with the Business team.

- Build a systematic approach to acquisitions in target countries and handle acquistions right from the start viz scouting/negotiations onward to regulatory/ management takeovers to regular running.

- Build apprpriate linkages within the parent organisation as well as right systems and processes delivering accountability with transparency.

Educational Qualification : MBA

- Candidate should have MBA - Marketing from Premier Management Institute

- A top notch sales and marketing professional with sound business acumen and P&L orientation

- Sharp ability to understand consumers in the context of different geographics and cultural backgrounds

- Should be a strategic thinker with impeccable execution capabilities and people skills

- Should have demonstrated actual delivery of excellent sales and brands growth

- Should have high level of leadership skills
