Description :
- Lead, conceptualize & manage performance campaigns, branding initiatives, innovative content strategies across offline, BTL & digital media platforms
- Be in-charge of driving internal & external corporate communication for the firm
- Drive the new wave of online and digital growth within the organization and also with the clients- Identify channels for brand reach and lead generation activities
- Identify & use new-age technologies as a backbone for building organization intelligence and information
- Build a solid in-house team to lead all marketing efforts including SEO, SEM, Affiliate, Email, WhatsApp, Social Media, Analytics and content- Measuring the impact of social media content on the website & manage external marketing partners and agencies
- Planning and budgetary control of all marketing and technology efforts and being responsible for all campaign deliverables- Provide insightful recommendations and thought leadership initiatives based on prior experience, industry trends and analytics
- Make digital the core of all customer understanding and analytics to drive business strategies- Defining change management for all domains, lead management & conversion process
- Must have displayed leadership skills, preferably should have worked as Head of Marketing / CMO in previous stints leading multiple branding / marketing campaigns
