- Should have command of best practices & trends. A creative bent of mind and in-depth understanding of digital audience to drive high conversions at industry best conversion costs. Hands-on individual who thrives in fast paced competitive environment.
Key Tasks :
- Build high impact marketing strategies for user acquisition through online & offline marketing channels such as content marketing, social media, web analytics, email marketing, SEO and offline marketing & drive market leadership.
- Manage all online & offline marketing tactics, agencies, freelancers, design team to develop compelling campaigns for driving acquisition & brand positioning
- Develop and execute marketing plans/budgets for sales, acquisition, reach, conversions with industry best efficiencies
- Drive brand building initiatives and engagement to drive retention
- In depth understanding of transacting consumers & drive maximum ROI from the plan
- Partner with product team, merchandising teams and other relevant stakeholders for consistency of brand positioning & achievement of revenue growth
- Build effective ATL & BTL strategies and manage the same with high optimizations
