Performance Marketing
1. Strategize & Plan to reach the Company Goals (SALE VOLUME, TOPLINE, etc)
2. Customer Acquisition & Community Building (focus on Life Time Value, reducing the CPA over the period)
3. Identifying or creating the right revenue streams/channels over the period and bring control (eg: when the Alliances team onboards a brand/partner/product to list on our platform, our marketing team should be ready to bombard all channels, identify and optimize the right channels for best performance and generate targeted revenue)
4. P&L management
