Position : Chief Marketing Officer (CMO)

- Need a suitable CMO, with a successful track record in accelerating the customer acquisition, largely through digital, and or other cost effective routes, at a rapid rate.

- Someone who's worked in a consumer internet start-up, and can demonstrate that he/she successfully scaled up the business. Should have a good understanding of online and offline marketing, the mix and ability to assess and drive return on investment across various channels.

- Someone who is hands on and is keen on sign his/her name over the next big start up story!

Responsibilities :

- Entrepreneurial driven strategic thinking and ability to lead and drive critical business functions such as Digital Marketing, Brand, Product, User Experience. Should have team handling capabilities as well as should be hands on across across gamut of marketing activities (SEO/ SEM/ PPC/ Google Adwords/ Display/ Social Media marketing/ Viral marketing/ ATL/ BTL/ Activation/ Brand marketing etc

- Formulate and direct the overall marketing and communication strategy for all channels, so as to achieve the desired audience reach and targets.

- Impact on Revenue and market share growth: customer life cycle management and building marketing capability and spend Track -and -measure effectiveness.

- Scale up strategy : Develop marketing strategies to achieve scale based on strong analytics

- Build and manage the brand marketing function, strategize, develop and execute multi-channel brand marketing and promotional programs that support brand ethos

- Manage ATL, BTL, onsite creative and campaign management activities to drive brand.

- Develop fantastic and attractive B2C marketing initiatives including events, partnerships, promotions, campaigns and loyalty, etc

- Must have experience of handling both offline and online marketing in e-commerce companies.

- The role requires deep understanding of business fundamentals with a strong ability for outcome based execution

- Develop long term brand architecture for products with ability to execute in short -term with clear milestones aligned to the Vision of the Company.

- Should have team handling capabilities as well as should be hands on across across gamut of marketing activities (SEO/ SEM/ PPC/ Google Adwords/ Display/ Social Media marketing/ Viral marketing/ ATL/ BTL/ Activation/ Brand marketing etc

- Ownership of the P&L, Sales Target, Market share Target, Spends and Profitability.

- Ownership of the Brand and corporate sales goals through short-term and long-term activities.

- Developing business plans, analysis and execution for the achievement of the same within budgets.

- Structured thinker, who could bring clarity in any discussion.

- Exposure in leadership marketing role
