Content Marketing Heavy CMO Profile

US experience is a must

We are looking for a CMO who can seamlessly weave all the different channels together and build a growth-focused org to allow us to scale up rapidly.

Here are the specific skill sets we are looking for:

- Expertise in rapid-scale up: We are aiming to 3x our revenue run rate within the next 12-15 months. Hence, experience in scaling revenues rapidly is critical

- Multi-channel expertise: You should be an out-of-this-world expert in content marketing, branding, community building, and PR, but should also have in-depth experience in performance marketing

- Extensive experience in the US market: You should have at least 8+ years of experience marketing to a US audience. Experience marketing to developers in the US highly preferred

- Exceptional org-building skills: You should be skilled and highly experienced in building lean, fast-moving, growth focused marketing teams
