Chief Marketing Officer - Domestic (Textile/Yarns/Cotton/Threads/garments/Home textile)

Please find the job role below :

a. Planning :

- Contribute to the development of overall market development plan by providing inputs and information for pan India

- Catering to a team size of 40 + (direct & indirect)

b. Product & Portfolio :

- Home Textiles (Towel, Sheet, blankets & related top)

- 600Cr revenue base

c. Expansion :

- Contribute to overall market expansion, adding new customers, catering to the overall domestic market

- Exposure & Working experience in various international locations in India

- Driving inventory & stock to optimal

d. Product Development :

- Aid the product development team in terms of inputs around new product development

- Working closely with the in- house category team

e. Continuous Improvement :

- Contribute to the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement of systems, processes and practices

- Guiding marketing team pertaining to product insights & competition

- Driving existing set of distributors & guiding adding more distributors ( need based )

f. Policies, Systems, Processes & Procedures :

- Follow the end to end to inventory process

- P&L responsibility

- Strict adherence to distributor policy ( distributor size of 60+ pan India)

Qualifications and Experience :

a. Preferred :

- Experience in a marketing/Sales/Business operations in a private organization and/or multinational corporation

- Bachelor's degree (full time)/PG Diploma (2 years full time) or Master's degree (full time) in Business Administration / Management from any of the institutes

- Good Exposure of Marketing, business & inventory operations in India

Knowledge and Other Skill :

- End to End knowledge on marketing, business operations & category management background from Fashion/Textile/Home Textile industry

- Excellent knowledge of Textile market insights

- Strong domestic sales & marketing background

- Strong product knowledge including Yarn and related textiles
