Role Overview:

As the Chief Marketing Officer, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives to drive customer acquisition, brand awareness, and revenue growth in the US market. You will lead a team of 26 marketing professionals based in India and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to achieve our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to achieve business goals, with a focus on the US market and channel partnering.

- Lead and mentor a team of 26 marketing professionals based in Bangalore, ensuring alignment with company objectives and driving performance excellence.

- Oversee all aspects of marketing, including digital marketing, branding, lead generation, content marketing, and customer engagement.

- Drive revenue growth through innovative marketing campaigns, product launches, and strategic partnerships.

- Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities and inform marketing strategies.

- Collaborate with sales, product, and other cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and integration of marketing efforts with overall business objectives.

- Establish key performance metrics and track marketing effectiveness, ROI, and KPIs to optimize campaign performance and drive continuous improvement.

- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and client meetings to enhance brand visibility and network with key stakeholders.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred.

- 15-20 years of progressive experience in marketing, with at least 5-7 years in leadership roles (VP/Director/CMO) in a similar industry or company size.

- Proven track record of driving revenue growth and achieving marketing targets in the US market.

- Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience managing teams of 20 or more people.

- Hands-on operator with a results-driven mindset and ability to execute marketing initiatives effectively.

- Strategic thinker with excellent analytical skills and ability to translate insights into actionable marketing strategies.

- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and influence stakeholders at all levels.

- Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, preferably in a high-growth startup or scale-up company.
