We are looking for a - Chief Marketing Officer - for one of our esteemed Clients for Gurgaon Location.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Formulate and direct the overall marketing and communication strategy for all channels, so as to achieve the desired audience reach and targets.
- Impact on Revenue and market share growth: customer life cycle management and building marketing capability and spend Track -and -measure effectiveness.
- Scale up strategy : Develop marketing strategies to achieve scale based on strong analytics
- Build and manage the brand marketing function, strategize, develop and execute multi-channel brand marketing and promotional programs that support brand ethos
- Manage ATL, BTL, onsite creative and campaign management activities to drive brand.
- Develop fantastic and attractive B2C marketing initiatives including events, partnerships, promotions, campaigns and loyalty, etc.
- Must have experience of handling both offline and online marketing in e-commerce companies.
- The role requires deep understanding of business fundamentals with a strong ability for outcome based execution
- Develop long term brand architecture for products with ability to execute in short -term with clear milestones aligned to the Vision of the Company.
- Ownership of the P&L, Sales Target, Market share Target, Spends and Profitability.
- Ownership of the Brand and corporate sales goals through short-term and long-term activities.
- Developing business plans, analysis and execution for the achievement of the same within budgets.
- Structured thinker, who could bring clarity in any discussion.
- Exposure in leadership marketing role.
