Chief Marketing Officer - Cable Manufacturing

We have an opportunity for Chief Marketing Officer with one of the reputed Cable Manufacturing company in Singapore.

Position : Chief Marketing Officer

As the Chief Marketing Officer, the person will be responsible for creating innovative marketing strategies that will build company's brand, leading to increased awareness, fundraising revenue, relevance and respect among target audience.

Profile :

- The person will be responsible for establishing brand in the market and entire business P& L responsibility.

- Responsible for overseeing marketing initiatives within an organization.

- Develop areas such as sales management, product development, distribution channel management, marketing communications, including advertising and promotions, pricing, market research, and customer service.

- Managing entire business including Product Marketing and Brand Management.

- Streamline business process and product strategy preparation and implementation.

- Need to handle the Local Sales Team & Export Sales Team

- Developing Marketing and Brand strategies.

- Lead enterprise-wide marketing team for company.

- Responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive integrated marketing, branding and product strategies.

- Instrumental in preparation of Annual Operating Plan.

- Driving consumer pull, distribution and increasing market share and profitable revenue.

- Managing Supply Chain and Vendor Management.

Experience :

- The candidate must have 15-25 years of experience in Marketing in Cable Manufacturing Industry.

- Should have experience working in South East Asia market (Mandatory).

- Fluency in either Mandarin or Malay would be an advantage.

- Must have handled multiple teams

- Ready to travel extensively within SE Asia

- Good communicator & demonstrate leadership in Sales Function

Qualification : MBA Marketing.
