Chief Marketing Officer

The Fast growing company in the blockchain industry is looking for a dynamic and explosive Chief Marketing Officer (CMO). The person needs to be develop new marketing initiatives and inspire the team to exceed the established benchmarks. The candidate who is excited about getting in and rolling up their sleeves to help shape customer's experience of discovering brands.

1. An experienced professional to oversee all marketing operations of the company and develop its marketing strategy and vision.

2. The person will oversee a team of enthusiastic marketing professionals and will lead marketing efforts towards customer satisfaction.

3. An excellent CMO is passionate for their profession and have great knowledge for all things marketing.

4. Must have a balanced and practical mindset with creative business acumen and lead people through complex marketing operations.

5. Work closely with the Founder/Co-Founder towards achieving the key milestone.

6. "Listen" to the trends of the market and direct the market research efforts of the company.

7. Define marketing strategies to support the company's overall strategies and objectives.

8. Develop a feasible marketing plan for the department and oversee its day-to-day implementation.

9. Plan and organize marketing functions and operations (product development, branding, communications etc.), and ensure they project the company's unique "voice".

10. Design and coordinate promotional campaigns, PR and other marketing efforts across channels (digital, press etc.).

11. Create a solid network of strategic partnerships.

Ideal Candidate :

1. 10-12 years of experience from tier 1 engineering/management institution.

2. Must have an understanding of consumer mindset.

3. Strong leadership, entrepreneurial, and ownership skills, with an eye for detail.

4. Should be a person with a go-getter attitude and ability to deliver results.

5. Ability to collaborate with multiple senior stakeholders.

6. Should have experience of building products from scratch and taking them from 0 to 100.

7. Ready to go ground level up and identify root cause of the problem.

Compensation : Good & Negotiable for right candidate.
