Chief - Marketing - CMO

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and innovative head of marketing to lead our marketing team and drive business growth, both top line and bottom-line growth through strategic marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns, managing teams, and leveraging data to make informed marketing decisions.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute the company's marketing strategy across all channels

- Lead and manage a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance and mentorship to ensure successful campaign execution

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Product, and Creative, to align marketing efforts with business goals

- Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activity to informed marketing strategies

- Monitor sales and marketing matrix

- Set and manage marketing budgets, tracking ROI and adjusting strategies accordingly

- Oversee the creation and distribution of marketing content, including, social media, email campaigns, etc.

- Develop and maintain the company's brand identity and messaging

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously improve marketing efforts

Requirements:

- 15-25 years of experience in marketing leadership roles, with focus on consumer durables/FMCG and Automotive Sector. (preferred)

- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns that drive business results

- Excellent communication and project management skills

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience using data to make informed marketing decisions

- MBA from a Good/Reputed Institute with Engineering background (preferred)

- Strong understanding of customer experience to further brand story
