Position Reporting to : President/ MD

Location : Mumbai

Job Purpose :

1. Responsible for overall management of the Business Development Function.

2. To oversee entire business development function

3. Build and sustain customer relations, ensure customer satisfaction

4. Prepare Business Plan, formulate strategies and win businesses

Profile Experience :

Qualification :

- 20+ years of sales experience in Automotive industry

- Min. 3-5 years as Business Development/ Marketing Head B.E./ B. Tech.

- MBA (Marketing) preferably Full time

Responsibilities :

- To Develop and lead all aspects of business development in order to achieve the Org. strategic short and long-term sales growth, revenue and profitability goals.

- To Build Customer Relationship & achieve Customer Satisfaction

- To sell Technologies & Products Concept

- To manage RFQ

- To prepare tech Proposal, Review & Sign Off

- DPFC, TQA, Costing (ICA), Quotations & Negotiation

- To Win Business & Make it Profitable

- To lead Program Management (end to end)

- To manage ECN

- To realize Annual Price Revision

- PCR, MPDS, QVM, VAVE

- To perform Sales Budgeting & Review

- To perform sales admin, MIS & realize payment collection

- To Collaborate with other departments to guide a unified approach to customer service, delivery etc. that meets market demands.
