Our client is one of the leading manufacturer of Apparel & Fashion company. It manufactures premium men's clothing product.
Job Profile :
- Define marketing/branding strategies to support the company's overall strategy and objective.
- Oversee the planning, development and execution of the company's marketing and advertising initiatives.
- Drive the brand identity via consumer research, nurturing communication touch points (PoS, online, apps, etc).
- Design and coordinate brand communication, promotional campaigns, PR and other marketing efforts across channels
- Liaise with other departments to guide a unified approach to customer service, distribution etc. that meets market demands.
- Manage a highly efficient team of marketing professionals.
- Manage Marketing budget.
- Run the Marketing department in ways that promote higher profitability and competitiveness
Candidate Profile :
- A bachelor's degree and Masters in Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing from reputed institution.
- 7+ years of experience in managing Brand evolution, growth and digital across B2C platforms.
- Excellent skills and ability to manage digital brand creation, performance marketing and SEO/SEM.
- Experience of handling a small - midsized marketing team.
- Strong background in running digital campaigns, customer engagement and lead generation.
- A leader with both creative and analytical capabilities.
- Outstanding communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal abilities
- Collaborative and high on integrity.
