Chief Manager - Underwriting - Liability Division - Insurance

- To formalise underwriting guidelines

- To evaluate Quote and quote within TAT for risk keeping in view market requirement and Underwriting guidelines

- To keep check / analyses profitability and make necessary corrections in the guidelines

- To engage in market development through client / intermediaries

- To ensure compliance, Audit and reporting requirement

- To design and deliver training programs to internal and external customers

- Devises processes for the smooth operations To cultivate team work among the colleagues and peers

- Work closely with the marketing team

- To be updated on the new covers and market for the same

- Liaison with / develop reinsurers

- Help the RI team in arranging the RI support - Treaty and FAC

- Help the Product team in development/ filing of products
