Chief Manager - Treasury - NCD Lending - NBFC

- This role is responsible for managing the organization's treasury debt fund raising, co-lending , rating activities and automation responsibilities related to treasury function. Additionally, he will be a client facing professional who provides advice on financial data and also maintains effective relationships

- Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with different stakeholders

- Strong understanding of financial markets, financial instruments and debt instruments

- Knowledge of banking relationships and covenants

- Strong experience in managing the treasury function as well as experience of treasury including debt capital market fund raising, co-lending transactions and experience with rating agencies engagment.

- Min Exp: 4-5 years

- Ability to work autonomously and be part of the broader team

- Strong client relationship management and customer service skills

- Intermediate to advanced computer software skills, including Excel and other accounting packages

- Need CA Qualified
