JOB DESCRIPTION:

- Manage a team of more than 5 members.

- Manage delivery of Proof of concepts / MVP.

- Should have built digital solutions using any or combination of the technologies - mobile applications, AI, Open banking, blockchain

- Willingness to learn new technologies and build prototypes.

- Strong interests and capabilities in the design and development of engaging user experiences innovatively.

- Customer oriented and ability to drive business objectives.

- Good analytical skills and data-backed decision making skills.

- Understanding of technological behaviors, trends and predictions.

- Strong conceptualization ability, strong visual communication ability.
