Chief Manager - Strategy - Retirement & Pension Vertical

Purpose Of The Job

We are looking for a Chief Manager who will be responsible for driving Strategic initiatives for Retirement and Pension Vertical. The candidate should have an overall experience of 8+ years in Product Management and Sales. The position is based out of Corporate office in Mumbai.

Duties and Responsibilties

- Retail through Group/Open market Opportunity

- Building product proposition for OMO and Retail business.

- Designing product combinations in coordination with internal stakeholders like Product, Marketing etc.

- Creating effective sales pitches with the help of L&D team

- Coordination with the Field to incorporate feedback in pitch, process.

- Increasing the Upsell/%Annuitization through SA and NPS Deferred Annuity/Combo Strategy

- Work on strategies to increase deferred annuity and combo business in the channel

- Build pitches to promote deferred and combo annuity amongst retirees/resignees

- Liaise with the product/tech teams to develop the combo login journey

Financial Planning and Awareness - Working on Content, delivery mechanism and branding for sessions. This will be built in coordination with external financial experts.

Retirement Platform - Working on Revamping the platform and enabling Retirement Calculator, VAS, Knowledge center and Financial Sessions.

Tech Projects - Work on various tech projects being undertaken in the channel.
